2, the mold with high accuracy requires the use of high-precision processing equipment, and the mold material and forming process requirements are stricter. It also needs to use CAD / CAE / UG and other mold software to design and analyze.
3, some plastic products have special requirements when designing. The mold structure is more complex. Mold manufacturers also need advanced technologies such as hot runner, gas assisted molding, oil cylinder and so on.
4, the manufacturer should have CNC, EDM, wire cutting machine and CNC profiling milling equipment, high precision grinding machine, high precision coordinate measuring instrument, computer and related software design etc..
5, general large stamping die (such as car cover mold) to consider whether the machine tool has a pressing edge mechanism, even edge lubricants, multi position level and so on. In addition to the tonnage of stamping, it is necessary to consider the punching, feeding device, machine tool and mould protection device.
6, the manufacturing means and technology of the above die are not available and mastered by every mould manufacturer. When choosing a collaborative manufacturer, we must understand its processing ability, not only the hardware equipment, but also the management level, processing experience and technical strength.
7. For the same set of moulds, there is a big gap between the quotations of different manufacturers. You should not pay higher than the cost of mold value, and should not be less than the cost of the mold. The mold manufacturer, like you, has to make a reasonable profit in the business. Making a set of much lower quotes will be the beginning of trouble. The user must set out from its own requirements and measure it in an all-round way.
